An oval pink sapphire in four claws on a raised cathedral setting, with a little cluster of round and pear-shaped diamonds at each side. A fine 1.25 mm band with a flat comfort fit keeps it delicate, and it sits flush with a wedding band. In 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, with natural or lab-grown diamonds.
